Returns must be initiated by email within 72 hours of receiving the package. Products returned without prior authorization will be rejected. After authorization of your return, the returned package must be post marked no later than 10 days after authorization or it will be rejected.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products are exempt from being returned. These products include but are not limited to certain cosmetics such as lip gloss, mascara and liquid foundation, products that are intimate or sanitary goods as well as some health and personal care items.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your PayPal or bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if the product you received is a manufacturer defect or incorrect product. If you need to make an exchange, the same rule of contacting us within 72 hours of receiving the products applies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping/reshipping fees will only be paid by HimeBeauty if the customer receives a defective or incorrect product. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Returned items should be shipped back in a box with adequate packing materials (packing peanuts or wadded up newspaper). No cushioned envelopes. If the returned item(s) arrive damaged due to shipping then the return will be rejected.
If the returning item does not meet the Return Policy criteria then the item will be shipped back to you at your own expense.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
